My telecope mount is an upgraded Sky-Watcher EQ5. I got the base mount together with my telescope and replaced the built-in tracking system with a custom solution based on OnStep. I followed Oddvar Naess' post on the OnStep mailing list and ended up with a slightly different setup.

60t/15t = 4 - 3D printed motor attachments based on these models. I changed the ports to RJ11 and had to make some small cutouts.
